Shipping And Returns Policy

Delivery in Israel within 4 business days. International delivery within 10 business days. The courier will contact you on the day of delivery.

Exchange/return will only be possible by filling out one of the exchange/return forms on the website and receiving confirmation from us for the exchange/return of the products.

You are required to return the items in their original and complete packaging. A refund will be processed after verifying that the items have been returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the product tag.

Products on sale or orders made with a coupon code (providing over 10% discount) can be exchanged/returned by returning the products to the store within 48 hours from the day of receipt/pickup.

Product exchange will be possible against available stock.

In the case of returning an item, there are three options within Israel:

1. Return the item(s) to our collection point - 26 Shabazi Street, Tel Aviv.

If the order cost exceeds the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

2. Return the items using our courier service is possible only by contacting us within 7 days from the day of receiving the package. (Sale exchange details within 48 hours from the day of receiving the product, no delivery services available). The return cost will be 50 shekels within Israel.

* In case of a monetary refund, you can receive the order cost plus a 12% addition for site use - please contact our customer service for approval.

3. Exchange the items with other items using our courier service (within Israel) for a fee of 30 shekels, with prior notice within 7 days from the day of receiving the package. (Sale exchange details within 48 hours from the day of receiving the product, no delivery services available).

* Item exchange/return is one-time only; there will be no additional exchanges/returns after the first one.

* For every monetary refund, 5% of the transaction amount will be deducted as cancellation fees. Additionally, an extra 2.5% will be deducted as clearing fees for Israeli credit cards (or 5% for international credit cards).

* A 12% addition to the order cost is a one-time fee for each customer, and the company reserves the right to decline these terms at any time.

* Transactions made with coupons not published for customers will be canceled (coupon guessing). The customer will receive a monetary refund with cancellation fees deducted.

* Transactions with incorrect shipping addresses - round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the item's refund.

It is possible to pay for shipping with a corrected address after clarification with customer service.
