Orders arrive within approximately 4 business days, and the courier will contact you on the delivery day. Exchanges and returns can be made in our store Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–18:00, according to consumer protection laws. Items may be exchanged/returned only once and only if they are in their original condition with all tags attached. For self-pickup orders, you receive a 3-day grace period before the return/exchange window begins. Promotions that include a free gift require returning the gift if the order is canceled. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses will be charged round-trip shipping fees.
